Investors' optimism for US debt ceiling progress boosts European economy

In Europe, inflation is getting curbed, stocks values are up, key sectors are rebounding and the US Congress seems to be on course to raise the debt ceiling and prevent the sort of catastrophic meltdown that markets had feared. It seems like good news for European markets, but will it last? To find out, host Marco Werman speaks to Cinzia Alcidi. She's the director of research at the Centre for European Policy Studies and joins the show from Brussels.
