Immigration official accused in Ciudad Juarez fire

New allegations emerged today over Monday's fire that killed at least 39 people at a migrant holding facility in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. An attorney representing people involved in the deadly fire says the top immigration official in the Mexican state of Chihuahua allegedly ordered in a phone call that the migrants should not be released under any circumstances.
