Poland's plan to send MiG fighter jets to Ukraine

Poland says it's sending at least four Soviet-designed MiG fighter planes to Ukraine to aid in its war effort against Russian forces. Western nations previously avoided sending jets to avoid an escalation in the conflict. The World's Marco Werman talks to Mark Cancian, a former colonel with the U-S Marine Corps Reserve, and expert based at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, about what the transfer of planes means for the war, for Russia, and for the Western powers seeking to weaken Vladimir Putin's military.
