A process called 'reticketing' is supposed to help migrants leave NYC

New York City Mayor Eric Adams said last month that "there is no [more] room" for busloads of migrants being sent to America's most populous city. Adams has called for federal aid to help with the arrival of migrants. In the meantime, the city is opening additional emergency housing centers and helping people leave New York if they so choose through what's being called a "reticketing" process. The World's Bianca Hillier speaks with host Marco Werman from Plattsburgh, New York.
