Ukraine defense minister to be replaced over graft scandal

Oleksii Reznikov, the defense minister of Ukraine, has been fired in the wake of a corruption scandal involving his deputy. So far, Reznikov has not been implicated himself. His dismissal and apparent replacement by a prominent and vocal military intelligence chief indicates the political value that the office carries, especially when it comes to procuring weapons for Ukraine. The World's Marco Werman talks to Mariia Zolkina, a regional security research fellow at the London School of Economics, about what Reznikov's dismissal means.
