Tunisia runoff election marred by low turnout

Tunisians voted in a runoff parliamentary election over the weekend. Only 11% of eligible voters actually came out to vote, the same level of participation in the first round of voting. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Aymen Bessalah, a nonresident fellow with the Tahrir Institude for Middle East Policy, about the factors behind the low turnout and where Tunisia’s president, Kais Elsaeid, takes the country from here.
