Has Finland solved its homelessness problem?

Homelessness is on the rise across many countries in Europe. In Spain, for example, the number of people living on the streets has risen by 20% in the last decade. But, there’s one exception: Finland’s homeless population has plummeted in recent years. And the Finnish government said it plans to eradicate homelessness altogether by 2027. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
