We are nearing the end of the year, and that means taking stock of many things, including all the great music that came out across the globe in 2022. Our show director April Peavey has her best-of list already compiled. One of her favorite releases is the album “Wamono Groove: Shakuhachi & Koto Jazz Funk ’76.” It’s a collection of funk and jazz from 1970s Japan.
