Anti-lockdown protests break out across China

Protests are erupting across China — some big, some small — but all united around one demand: to end the lockdowns. For nearly three years, the Chinese government has frozen much of the population in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is a signature policy of China’s leader, Xi Jinping. But as protests spread, Xi’s government is facing its biggest pushback yet. The World’s Patrick Winn reports.
