Cities across Europe are gearing up for the Christmas season which usually means elaborate light displays on the streets, temporary ice skating rinks and festive Christmas markets. But with Russia’s war in Ukraine causing sky high energy bills in Europe, some cities are doing things a little differently this year. As The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
