Chef brings fresh Thai flavors to rural Vermont

Nisachon Morgan grew up on a rice farm in Isaan, Thailand. She learned to cook from her mother. She and her husband now serve up those dishes in their restaurant in the small town of Randolph, Vermont. The food got the attention of the James Beard Foundation, which named her best chef in the Northeast. Mikaela Lefrak went to meet them. (Original Air Date: May 10, 2022.)
