A call for African Union to join G-20

At the "Group of 20" meeting today, a suggestion from South Africa, that the entire African Union be added as a permanent member. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa argued that change would mean African countries could press the G-20 to follow through on financial pledges it’s made to help the continent cope with climate change.
