Human error is being blamed for a politically charged moment at a rugby match this weekend. In Incheon, South Korea yesterday, a team from Hong Kong was about to hit the pitch against a team from South Korea in the finals of the annual Asia Rugby Sevens tournament. Instead of China's national anthem, the stadium played a song strongly associated with Hong Kong's pro-democracy protests to welcome the team to the field. As host Marco Werman explains, tournament organizers apologized and called it "human error."
