Egyptian activist’s hunger strike looms over COP climate conference

Prominent Egyptian activist Alaa Abd el-Fattah escalated his hunger strike over the weekend. He's now going without any water or liquids. This coincides with the start of the COP climate conference in Egypt and adds pressure on the Egyptian government.
