This morning, hundreds of thousands of people across Ukraine woke up to the sound of air raid sirens. Russia’s military sent dozens of long-range missiles and drones across the country, hitting at least 10 cities. In many cases, the targets were civilian infrastructure — causing significant damage. Ukrainian authorities said earlier that at least 11 people were killed in today’s strike, with many more injured. The World’s Daniel Ofman discusses the latest with host Marco Werman.
