Paris trying to shut down ‘dark stores’

It can be great to get everything delivered in a matter of minutes, or is it? In Paris, the proliferation of “dark stores,” the centers that fill the orders and send them out for delivery, is causing complaints about traffic congestion and noise, and changing the nature of shopping. Rebecca Rosman reports that Paris officials are moving to shut them down.
