On Tuesday, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was named prime minister. Practically speaking, it makes little difference. But The World's Sarah Birnbaum reports the move will probably shield him from a lawsuit in US court, in connection to his alleged role in the murder of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
