When it comes to sports, Kenya is mostly known for its long-distance runners. Marathoners like Eliud Kipchoge have been dominating the field for decades. But now, a young Kenyan sprinter, Ferdinand Omanyala, is looking to put Kenya on the map for short-distance running. The World’s Halima Gikandi speaks with him from the capital Nairobi.
