On Wednesday, Russian authorities announced plans for a “partial mobilization,” which would include drafting an additional 300,000 troops to join the war effort in Ukraine. Some people across Russia came out to the streets in protest, some are making hasty plans to leave the country, and others are lining up to join the war effort.
