South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol was elected earlier this year in part by tapping into self-declared “anti-feminist” voters. He has vowed to abolish the country’s Ministry of Gender, which runs domestic violence hotlines and enforces gender quotas in government, including the lawmaking assembly.
