The city of Helsinki commissioned artists in Berlin, London and Tokyo, who have never been to Finland, to come up with images of Helsinki based entirely on imagination and on the memories of people from their cities who have visited Helsinki. Host Carol Hills tells the story of their art, which was just unveiled today as part of Helsinki’s Design Week.
