Ships loaded with grain are finally moving out of Ukraine’s ports after nearly six months of idling in the Black Sea. But navigating through a war zone isn’t easy, and the shipments aren’t nearly enough to meet global demand. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director general of the World Trade Organization, talks with The World’s Marco Werman about the slowdown in global trade and how it's contributing to world hunger.
