Iran’s nuclear deal may be back from the dead. The European Union and Qatar hammered out a proposal, took it to Tehran and waited. Tehran said it likes most of what it sees. Today, Iran’s foreign minister said that as long as the US is flexible, it can reach a deal in the near future.
