Istanbul hosts first inspection of Ukrainian grain shipment

A crowd of onlookers gathered on the shores of the Black Sea to watch a team of inspectors ferry out to a cargo ship holding tons of corn destined for Lebanon. For some, it was an optimistic sight — the outcome of a hard-won agreement between Russia, Ukraine, and the United Nations. But others believe the inspectors should be checking Russian ships instead.
