Lebanon turns to solar power as economy falters

There may be a green silver lining to Lebanon’s financial crisis: The country’s solar energy output has nearly quadrupled in the past two years. As people faced with electricity blackouts install solar panels on their roof, they say they’re seeing some relief — but it comes alongside frustration with the government’s inability to power the country.
