At least 50 people who were found inside a tractor-trailer in San Antonio, Texas, have died and more than a dozen others saved from the trailer were hospitalized for heat-related illnesses. An investigation is ongoing, but authorities say this is among the deadliest known outcomes of a human smuggling operation across the US-Mexico border. Guadalupe Correa-Cabrera, a professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University in Virginia, joins The World to discuss the issues.
