North Korea tests missiles while Japan and US assess preparedness

North Korea launched what appears to be a medium-range ballistic missile this week, one of many tests of a variety of missiles so far this year. But it's not clear the exact capacity of these missiles, or whether some would be able to carry a nuclear warhead. From Tokyo, reporter Thisanka Siripala spoke to security experts in Japan and the United States to see how ready those countries are to defend against a potential missile attack.
