UK’s plan to send migrants who arrive by boat to Rwanda receives criticism from Rwandans in exile

The UK is paying Rwanda about $150 million to process and house migrants who have come to UK shores by crossing the English Channel. Under President Paul Kagama, Rwanda is considered to be a dictatorship where dissent is met with arrest and often death.
