Seizing oligarchs’ superyachts comes at a price

There are few more ostentatious examples of Russian oligarchs’ wealth than their billion-dollar yachts docked in ports across Europe. Since the start of the war in Ukraine, many of those vessels have been on the move, trying to evade European authorities who have imposed sanctions on their Russian owners. But as The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports, seizing these superyachts is a complicated and expensive process.
