Truck traffic snarled on both sides of Texas-Mexico border

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has implemented a new policy for inspecting vehicles crossing the Texas-Mexico border that has truck traffic backed up for miles. Abbott accuses the Biden administration of not doing enough at the southern US border. But the administration says this is all about politics and it’s American businesses and consumers who will suffer bear the brunt of this move. The World’s Latin America correspondent Jorge Valencia speaks with host Marco Werman.
