Today, Russian forces continued to pummel Ukrainian civilian centers. Russian troops have reportedly nearly captured two strategic cities on the Black Sea Coast: Kherson and Mariupol. From Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the aim is to “demilitarize” Ukraine. Host Carol Hills speaks with retired Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.
