Ghana is one of the leading countries in Africa moving towards cashless transactions. Mobile money platforms have become very popular there, where people transfer money to each other using their cellphones. But as Ridwan Karim Dini-Osman reports, a new tax proposed by the government could slow the use of these platforms, and, according to critics, hurt small businesses.
