ISIS militants staged a surprising assault on a prison in northeast Syria on Thursday night. The prison holds ISIS militants captured in recent years. The attack is considered the most serious operation since the group's territorial defeat three years ago. The World's Carol Hills spoke with Charles Lister, a senior fellow with the Middle East Institute in Washington, about the significance of the attack and the future of the ISIS-filled prisons in the region.
