Thawing permafrost threatens northern infrastructure

Our warming climate is melting the world’s ice, and in the Arctic, it’s right under people’s feet, as well as roads and bridges. The World’s host Carol Hills is joined by Paul Murchison, who is the executive director of major transportation programs for the Government of Yukon in northwestern Canada.
