China puts city of 14 million under lockdown

With the Winter Olympics less than a month away, China has put another city under strict lockdown. Tianjin, a municipality that neighbors Beijing, reported 41 COVID-19 cases over the weekend, and is carrying out round-the-clock, mandatory COVID-19 tests.
