A North Korea defector to South Korea redefected to the North on Tuesday, crossing the heavily militarized DMZ line. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with reporter Donald Kirk, who is based in South Korea, about the rare occurrence and the difficulties North Koreans face when they defect.
