New Chinese noise pollution law targets retirees dancing in parks

If you’re in a park in China, you might well see groups of older folks dancing in formation to pop music. Public dancing groups have become controversial because the music they play is often really loud, eliciting complaints from neighbors. Now, the Chinese government is responding.  The World’s Rebecca Kanthor reports.
