It’s been more than 10 months since the Capitol breach. So far, the government has brought criminal charges against more than 675 people. More than 130 rioters have been accused of assaulting police. One of those accused people is Evan Neumann, a middle-aged man from Mill Valley, California. Last week, Neumann surfaced in the Eastern European country of Belarus, as The World’s Daniel Ofman reports.
