Puerto Ricans living in Puerto Rico are hoping they can soon get SSI — Supplemental Security Income. The US Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on a case about it this week. Even though Puerto Ricans are US citizens by birth, they are excluded from certain benefits if they reside in Puerto Rico.
