France plans to send more than two dozen pieces of art back to country of Benin. The artwork was taken by French soldiers during colonial times, and it's been sitting in French museums ever since. The move is part of the story of how Western art institutions are reevaluating their relationship with African art. The World's Halima Gikandi reports.
