The United Nations will soon have to make a tricky decision about Myanmar: Should it accept a widely despised military regime that illegally seized control of the country earlier this year? Or will it recognize a new revolutionary government, composed of ousted elected officials, that has massive public support — but not nearly as many guns and no liberated territory of its own. Both seek a seat at the United Nations General Assembly this week.
