Amid the worsening security situation in Afghanistan, some European countries suspend deportations of Afghans 

As the US and NATO troops withdrawal from Afghanistan nears completion, the security situation in the country is becoming more dire. Civilian casualties have reached all-time highs this year, according to a UN report out this week. Amid security and political uncertainty, some European countries are halting deportations of Afghans back to the country. The World’s Lydia Emmanouilidou reports.
