This week, President Joe Biden signed an executive order to create a task force that will try to reunify families that were separated as part of the Trump administration’s zero- tolerance policies. KQED's Michelle Wiley reports on one father, still separated from his young son, who hopes that Biden's plan may help them. Yet, advocates who have been assisting families like his still have questions about how Biden's plan may work and who may be left out.
