Huge, new China-backed trade group excludes US

This weekend, China brought together more than a dozen countries across the Asia Pacific region to sign a huge, new free-trade deal. The mega-pact involves more than one-third of the globe’s population and leaves the US sitting on the sidelines, as American University economist Kara Reynolds tells The World’s Carol Hills.
