British tourists told they must quarantine after visiting Spain

The UK government introduced new quarantine laws on travelers coming back from Spain on Saturday, catching up to 600,000 holidaymakers by surprise. The new rules came into place after a spike in cases of COVID-19 in Catalonia and Aragon. But tourists on the popular Balearic and Canary islands, where the infection rates are low, are also affected. British tourist Stefan Hughes joins host Marco Werman from a beach in Tenerife.
