Ukraine prepares for spring counteroffensive

In Ukraine, air raid sirens went off on Friday at dawn as Russia fired 20 cruise missiles and two drones into the country. Meanwhile, Ukraine is preparing for a long-awaited spring counteroffensive against Russian armed forces.
